  Events in his life were:

  • Flynt & Fales:, . 3 Arrived in Boston about 1715, by way of Guernsey Island in the English Channel. Had changed his name to Paul Rivoire by 1722 when Coney died. In 1723 he revisited Guernsey, but returned to Boston.
  • Apprenticed about 1720 to John Coney in Boston MA 1
    His master died in 1722 and the inventory of his estate notes "Paul Rivoire's Time abt Three Year & half as pr indenture £30/0/0." Rivoire bought his freedom from the estate.
