    Grigon's will, proved 12 April 1715, states: "I Give and bequeath unto Daniel Deshon all my Goldsmith Tools and Desire he may be my Executes be bound out to some sutable person in Boston till he arrive att the age of Twenty one Years, to Learn the Trade of a Goldsmith, and I also give him ten pounds money to be paid . . . when the sd Daniel comes of Age."
  • Apprenticed circa 1715-1718 to John Gray in Norwich CT 14
    completing his term after René Gignon's death.
  • He worked after 1718 as a silversmith in New London CT 14

Daniel married Ruth Christophers, daughter of Unknown and Unknown, on 7 Oct 1724 in New London CT. (Ruth Christophers was born on 26 Sep 1705 in New London CT, christened on 30 Sep 1705 in New London CT, died on 6 Jan 1775 in New London CT and was buried in New London CT.)
