  • Advertised in the New Hampshire Gazette (Portsmouth NH), 11 Aug 1762, "Clement Jackson, Jun., Gold and Silver Smith from Boston hereby informs the Public that he carries on the Gold and Silver Smith's Business in the Shop adjoining the House of Dr. Clement Jackson. . . where the undermentioned articles are made in the best Mannner, viz: Tankards, Coffee Pots, Canns, Tea Pots, Cream Pots, Porringers, Pepper Casters, Saults, Punch Ladles and Strainers, Spout Cups, Snuff Boxes, Spoons, Child's Whistels, Sword Hilts, and all other Articles in the Gold and Silver Smith's Business." 3
