    Oliver B. Marsh, a leading jeweler of Binghampton, N.Y., died yesterday, aged 70 years. When the Howard Watch company was established at Roxbury, Mass., Mr. Marsh, who was one of its most trusted employees, made the first American watch, which is still in the possession of a son of the deceased, Frank Marsh of Waltham, Mass.
