TOLEDO, Ohio, Jan. 14.--H. T. Cook Co. the oldest and largest jewelry house in North-western Ohio, made an assignment to-day to Alfred Wilkin for the benefit of all creditors. It is stated that the total liabilities will reach $60,000. This includes Mr. Cook's personal as well as his business obligations.
Henry married Mary Ann Wolcott, daughter of Willard Wolcott and Deborah Day, in 1855 in Northampton MA. (Mary Ann Wolcott was born on 15 Mar 1837 in Williamsburg MA.)
