Miller, doing business in the City of Chicago, Ill, under the name and style of A. H. MILLER & BROTHERS, and A. H. Miller and J. W. Miller, doing business in the City of Newark, N. J., under the name and style of A. H. & J. W. MiLLER, is dissolved by limitation.
A. H. Miller will settle all accounts of the Chicago business, and J. W. Miller will settle all accounts of the Newark business.
