• Hanover MA: Though listed as a watchmaker in the 1855 census, in 1850, 1860, 1865, and 1870 he is listed as a shoemaker, which is surely his primary (if not sole) occupation. That said, his death recorded in Plymouth Ma states he is a jeweler.
