- Advertised in the Middlesex Gazette (East Haddam CT), 15 Jul 1796, that co-partnership dissolved by mutual agreement, asked for settlement of accounts by the 25th of July. 3
- Advertised in the Middlesex Gazette (East Haddam CT), 23 Oct 1796, "The Subscriber respectfully informs the Public, That he has taken a shop in East-Haddam Landing, opposite Col. Champion's store, where he carries on the Clock & Watchmaking and Goldsmith Business in all its various Branches." 3
