"Nehemiah B. Bassett, Clock and Watch Maker, Respectfully informs the Public, that he has commenced business at the sign of the silver watch at No. 12, upper end of Market-street, makes, cleans and repais Clocks and Watches, an warrants them to perform well. Gentlemen that will please to favor him with their custom, may depend on having their orders faithfully executed, and on the most reasonable terms. For sale, Watch chains, Seals, Keys, &c."
- He was a partner on 25 Aug 1800-7 Oct 1805 with Joseph Warford in Albany NY. At the dissolution of the partnership, Warford was paid $1800 in cash for his half of the stock in trade.
