- Apprenticed: John Hull, in 1569, in Boston MA. Served apprenticeship with Jeremiah Dummer according to to John Hull's diary. 1
- Flynt & Fales. Refered to as a goldsmith in a deed of 20 Oct 1668 to Capt. William Davis (Merchant). Apparently he was not interested in a career as a silversmith, as Hull wrote him in 1681 indicating he might have been as successful as his colleague, "Jeremine Dummer," had he remained and followed his calling. 3
