Ransom E. Hall, who is believed to have served more years at the bench as a jeweler and silversmith than any other man in the United. States, died yesterday of old age at the residence of his son. R. A. Hall, No. 52 College place. At the time of his death Mr. Hall was a month and eighteen days over 91 years of age. Sixty-seven years were passed as an active, working jeweler, mostly in Marshall and Coldwater, Mich. and Cleveland, O. For the last two years the aged jeweler had made his home with his son.
