• He worked in 1820 as a silversmith in Providence RI from shop at 55 Cheapside, opposite the First Baptist Meeting House, where he sold and manufactured "Jewelry, Silver Spoons, Gold Beads, Etc." ³

• He appeared on the census in 1860 in Providence RI. Listed without occupation.

• He appeared on the census in 1870 in Providence RI. Listed as a comb manufacturer.
