  Brocton, June 29 — Charles E. Bills died at his home south of this village yesterday morning from heart trouble from which he had suffered for several years. For a number of years he conducted a Jewelry Store here, retiring some time ago to engage in farming and the manufacture of grape baskets.
  Mr. Bills was born 69 years ago in the town of Gravesville. He is survived by four sons, Arthur, Herbert, Harvey W. and Chester Bills. The funeral will be held from the home today
  and burial will be at Gravesville.
