Engraved A present from Mr / Josiah Bronson / to the Church of Crist [sic], in / Middlebury / Æ 88 on the front and Given / Sept / AF 1800 / price / £ 2 = 6 = 0. A matching cup was also given to the church by Josiah's brother Isaac. Shethar's name is engraved somewhat crudely on the bottom. 21
