    Benjamin was a One Half Assignor to a few of David Shive 1880's watch patents. One of the patents was infringed upon by the Keystone Watch Company. The resulting suit was won by Benjamin F Du Bois and David Shive in 1890.

    Listed in Gopsill's Philadelphia City Directory For 1895 . Benjamin F was dealing in bicycles and jewelry, and William H. was no longer listed in the jewelry trade.

Benjamin married Mary F. Garrison on 19 Oct 1858 in Cohansey NJ. (Mary F. Garrison was born in Jun 1837 in New Jersey and died after 1910.)
